Trevor: Santa Rosa, California, United States; I had absolutely no reef tank experience before starting this blog. I had some experience in freshwater from my dad's tank, but this was my very first own tank, and my first venture in saltwater. However, my dad, who helps me out on my tank, does have a little bit of experience in reef tanks, and my local fish store, Caesar's Tropical Fish, is a great source of advice and information.
